Open House a Success!

Hi Ladies. I had my Close to My Heart Open House this past Saturday and had a wonderful time making new friends and meeting new scrap-a-holics! Everyone that came had the chance to create a scrapbook page and a greeting card. I have the pictures here of the items we all created. Is that "little girl" not just the cutest thing you have ever seen?!? Would you believe it is not a stamp of a little girl at all - - but the bottom of a snowman?!?! That is right! Those "curls" of her hair are actually the "wind" and snowflakes at the bottom of a snowman! That is how versatile our stamp sets are - you just must think out of the box! (Disclaimer - I did not think of this one on my own, but was copied from another wonderful CTMH consultant!) Of course some ladies ventured out on their own and switched it all up, which was wonderful to see how everyone can take the same scraps of paper and come up with totally different pages! Everyone that attended got to see some artwork and papers that will be used in the upcoming scrapbook and card classes in February and March. My plan was to attach that artwork now, but when I just took the 2 photos of the pictures I have attached, my camera completely died! So....off to the store I go tommorrow to buy more batteries so I can post the photos for everyone else to see tomorrow. I will also be emailing everyone on my email customer list with the photos and the schedule of classes coming up. Be on the lookout for those this week!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week and I hope to see everyone at one of the upcoming classes!
