Well......I decided to participate once again in the Your Next Stamp monthly challenge since you can enter as many times as you want. And....simply because I can not get my mojo going tonight, I needed a sketch that would accommodate my image and this one worked!
I had a friend who recently sold her home so when I came across this image in my pile to color, I thought it would be perfect to send her a little "Congratulations on the sale of your home".
Basic card, but gets the message across perfectly I do think!

Colors: Stampin' Up Watercolor Pencils
